Graduated from the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry and the graduate school of the same academy. Candidate of Technical Sciences.
More than sixteen years he worked at the enterprises of the Russian fuel and energy complex.
Since the end of the 90s leads an active social life. He was a member of the Foundation Board "Russian Cultural Initiative", which became widely known in Russia and abroad thanks to its large-scale exhibition and publishing projects.
In 2007, he headed the administration of the international public organization "Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society", and is currently an advisor Chairman of the Society for International Cooperation.
He took an active part in the return of Russia Sergey House in Jerusalem, the creation of the Russian Center for Science and Culture in the city of Bethlehem and the formalization of the status of land in Jericho and the Mount of Olives.
Wrote a number of popular scientific articles on the history of Russian-Palestinian and Russian-Israeli public relations. The scientific importance of this work is highly appreciated by well-known Russian specialists Orientalists, as well as the contribution of Andrew homeland in the formation and development of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society at the present stage.
He is currently an advisor to the administration of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research. In this capacity, participates in the development and strengthening of international scientific cooperation.
